Will the tracking message change when the embassy receives the application?

So far all it says is 'in transit'

Yes. When the consulate receives the case, the CEACStatTracker changes to "Ready".

It say's ready.. Any reason why there's 2 numbers though?

Neither one changes what is shown, our daughter was 2months old when we filled the initial forms in and now has her crba and us passport so she doesn't need a visa and we never did an application for her.

It appears that the NVC has included your child, that your fiance properly listed on the I-129F in your case, as a possible K-2 derivative. It should not affect your case going forward as they would only issue a K-2 visa to your child if you filed a separate DS-160 for them. Since she is a US Citizen you will not do that and after 2 years that case will be closed out as abandoned
