My husband and I sent in our taxes from 2023 & 2024. We sent in the tax return because we weren’t able to access the tax transcript. If I’m able to get ahold of the tax transcripts should I upload them as well even though we already sent the returns?

Yes you can. You should be able to get tax return transcripts within few weeks of filing taxes.

Also we are moving to a new home at the end of next month. Should I upload the new lease and new utility bills in our names to our USCIS account? Or should I hold onto it for spare evidence?

It takes years to adjudicate I-751. I'd upload it.

Plus don't forget, immigrant needs to file AR-11 within 10 days of moving. Sponsor needs to file I-865 within 30 days of moving.

Okay I’m a little confused and want to make sure I understand. So since my husband and I are married and moving together then he would file the AR-11. I am the primary sponsor but we have a co sponsor as well. So do we only need to file the AR-11 and not worry about the I-865?

I just looked at the form, so my husband would file the AR-11 and I would file the I865 even though we live at the same address. And if the co sponsor ever moves then they would need to do the same. Let me know if im missing anything

Yes, you understand it correctly. They're different forms depending whether you're immigrant or petitioner. The obligation to update address is on both of them. But the forms to file are different.
