Went to n400 and I751 combo  interview and was given the congratulations you passed paper.(approval for i751 was sent and n400  status is now stuck at "oath will be scheduled, we placed you in line"... my question is that my state id is expiring end of May. Can I use the 10 year green card( it was initially mistakenly issued instead of 2 year card and I90 was filed at the time) I have to renew my ID or do I need to wait till oath? Is state id required at the time of oath.? Thanks

A valid ID is required to get to oath.

From what I remember, GC was enough to prove my identity. However, how it works with cards you're not supposed to have (e.g 10 vs 2 year) - I am not sure.
