it also says reading, writing, and speaking english (where i will use capitals and punctuation correctly but this is a forum so idc i never do when chatting online) and that it will take two hours. it sounds awfully long, not sure what they can do two hours long. oh well. last stretch.

yay.

The interview itself unlikely going to take 2 hrs, unless they have some suspicion about your background.

But collectively it can take few hours... You may need to wait for interview for 15-30 mins, etc etc.

interview took 15 minutes or less. we discussed me being left handed more than anything else.

btw i used 2 accounts because i forgot that i already had one and i have both accounts saved in lastpass now.

she was there. interviewer didn't even look in her directioin in the waiting room.

when i explicitly mentioned that btw my wife is also here, she only said "oh she's joining you in your journey"

i751 approved = n400 walk in the park

i go further. it took me longer to get out to my car to change into something more celebrative than the interview itself.

i forgot i had a screw and a washer in my wallet. the guards mumbling about it (in spanish that i do not speak) was more scary than the interview. in the meaning of what if they accuse me of wanting to use the tools to harm someone and not letting us in. and/or that the interview was on a friday at 230pm downtown. in la. as in... traffic.

i think this is my last post here. good luck but better said: play it well. as an advice for everyone.

be prepared but don't be afraid.

stay low, take photos, create joint accounts even if fake (i mean even if it soundds nonsense in your culture, like in mine, and use it to pay bills or date nights), joint tax return, life insurance, prenap only if there's an actual fortune at stake. follow the law, don't get arrested, don't get dui. etc.

for example i pay an extra almost $2000 in taxes because she's having enough to file itemized but together it's better to do standardized.

she calculates how much she'd get back filing single, then we do the joint return and i make up the difference. that cost me an extra ~$2000 a year. forever.

bottom line is. after 7 years of waiting and waiting.

I'm an American.
