Hi! I'm currently experiencing the same situation as you. I don't know where my UID number can be seen. May I ask how you were able to resolve this problem? I need to submit my 221(g) submission slip also, but haven't been able to do so due to my missing UID number. Hope you respond. Thank you!

It was a bit of a nightmare. We never got an appointment confirmation letter, and I couldn’t get to that page in the new site.

The way I got around this was when you are at the new usvisascheduling site, follow this web address to get to the appointment confirmation page: www.usvisascheduling.com/en-US/appointment-confirmation (when you are logged in, just tag the last part of this address onto the end of the web address in the address bar).

That will take you directly to the appointment confirmation page, and at the bottom of that page you will find the barcode and UID.

I hope this helps.

You can use the same email you used on the old website to sign up for an account on the new website and all your application info will be migrated. The UID should be at the top right next to the beneficiary's name. (highlighted PINK) You can also check your email for the appointment confirmation or the printed copy. The UID is at the bottom of the page.
