Assume you mean derivatives rather than defendants. 😂

 

You can find interview reviews on profiles. Mine was 2 questions I think, super easy, only thing my family had to do was oath, biometrics etc.

Hello everyone. Many thanks you all for all the useful information. My EB1A visa was approved on 1 January 2025, and my priority date 5 December 2024. I became DQ'ed on 11 April 2025. Since then, I have been waiting for an interview invitation from London Consular. So, it has been almost 5 months since being DQ, but no update on interview appointment from London Consular. Just wondering if anyone knows if this is normal processing time for London or should I get worried about this?

Hey @Adamson12, they have only just announced they are processing interviews for those with DQ dates of April 2025. Your close, you'll probably get a notification in October if not earlier.

 

Either way you shouldnt have to wait too much longer

Hi @Boiler My EB1A application was approved by the USCIS. USCIS does not have interviews!

Just select the employment preference and enter London - this is a new tool but they seem to update it early in the month

USCIS does do interviews, but not in a consular processing case. But I think it was your comment about your 'EB1A visa' being approved in Jan 2025 that @Boiler was commenting on, as that wasn't a visa application, just the petition. The visa application was the DS-260 and that can't be approved without an interview. 

 

As said above, if you were only DQ'ed in April then that's why you haven't had an IL yet, but it shouldn't be too much longer. Hopefully you should have the visa by the end of the year. 

 

If you could fill your timeline in when you get a moment (on your profile) that would be super helpful. There aren't many of us EB1A applicants around, so the more data we have to add to the body of knowledge on VJ, the better.
