pictures requirement

i just received my fiances passport picture the philippines.she is wearing earing in the pictures,the earing are studs, you can still see her ears.does anyone think this is a problem?is there are rule that your not suppose to wearing earings?

the earings shes wearing are black pearls so they cover just the lower part of her earlobes.you think this is ok.i check the link but nothing about wearing earings.

Not a problem. This is a detail you do not need to worry about.

This photo is just attached to the petition for reference. In our case the pic was not even correctly sized, USCIS specified 2"x2" but the one we sent in was 1.5"x2", not a problem.

I don't think ear rings are a big issue with the USCIS any more unless they are really big or something. Even the example of a well composed photo shows the subject wearing ear rings.
