Congratulations on the approval :)

After your petition has been approved by the USCIS it will be forwarded to the National Visa Center (NVC) for case assignment. In our case it took about 17 days from USCIS to NVC but a lot of petitions had a shorter period like one week. Upon receipt NVC assigns a manila case number and will send your petition to the USEmbassy Manila, that took about 5 days for us. From NVC to Manila , it took about 2 weeks before the Department of State (DOS) told us that the USEM received our petition and we waited for another month before we called the DOS again to ask if we already have a medical and interview date which we had. . my fiancee received her packet 4 August 3 but we already knew our medical and interview schedule about 2nd week of July courtesy of DOS.

So my suggestion is, call the NVC 603-334-0700 and ask if they have already received your approved petition ( be ready with your receipt number, petitioner's name)and if yes, ask for the case number ( should start with MNL). Given the timeline stated above, have an estimate then call DOS 202-663-1225 press1, press 0, press 0 for more information about your petition.

Hope this helps

Removal of Conditions :

August 16, 2010 - Petition received by USCIS Vermont Center

August 20, 2010 - NOA1 received

October 4, 2010 - Biometrics

January 3, 2011 - Permanent 10 yr. Green Card Received.

Filed: K-1 Visa Country: Philippines
Timeline

check out Sheriff Uling's guide..

4.6 St. Luke's Extension Clinic (SLEC) information is within my signature. The beneficiary and derivative(s) are required to have medical exam(s) and vaccination shots before a visa can be issued (per the US Immigration Laws) and should be taken before the visa interview.

The medical exam, adminstered by SLEC, is a two days process:

Day 1 is the medical exam whereas the beneficiary's passport will be taken and sent to the USE along with the medical exam results and;

Day 2 is the vaccination whereas the beneficiary will be given the x-ray film and the DS-3025 Vaccination Worksheet/Record at the conclusion.

Please review this instructional and layout information [CLICK HERE] (Thx Sillygirl), SLEC's Flowcharts for Day 1 and Day 2 of the Medical Exam [CLICK HERE] (Thx Rea), as well as the Manila Embassy Thread's recommendations on what to bring and sample questions asked [CLICK HERE]. Be advised, the beneficiary's medical exam will be scheduled one week before the visa interview by the USE. Per the Manila Embassy Thread, we recommend that the beneficiary take the medical exam anywhere from 2 weeks to a month before the interview to ensure the results are available for the Consular Officer and to prepare in the unfortunate event of unfavorable medical results. If the medical exam is taken anytime over a month before the visa interview, there is a risk that the results could be invalid, which means the beneficiary will have to take another medical exam before the visa can be approved. The beneficiary may re-schedule the medical exam appointment with SLEC after the medical exam and visa interview dates are assigned by calling SLEC. On the medical exam appointment date, please don't forget to bring the medical exam fee (payment accepted in pesos only), passport (SLEC will keep the passport and delivery it to the USE along with the medical exam results), appointment letter (if NOT received by the beneficary, then see SLEC NOTE below), three 2x2 passport photos (the required dimensions of all passport photos are stated on page 8 of Packet 4, which is referenced in Section 4.3). The beneficiary also needs to have the sponsors contact information (address, phone number, and ssn #) for the SLEC forms.

SLEC NOTE: If the Manila Embassy does NOT mail the beneficiary a copy of Packet 4 and the Appointment Letter, then call SLEC and request to pick them up at SLEC (it should be available after 2 - 3 business days from the date of the request for the Manila Embassy to delivery the package to SLEC). Before proceeding with the request to pick up Packet 4 and the Appointment Letter from SLEC, please validate whether the appointments have been set by either calling the USE (Section 4.3), calling DOS (Section 4.4), or checking the Visa Interview Appointments website (Section 4.5). Please take a copy of the NOA2, a copy of the NVC letter (which should have the beneficiary's Manila case number on it), and a print-out of the scheduled appointment dates from the Visa Interview Appointments website during the SLEC visit to pick up Packet 4 and the Appointment Letter.
