I have two questions I hope anyone has some insight into please, I would be very grateful.

On our ceac account it says foreign state of chargeability - which shows the country I was born in Nigeria. Interview location is correct and shows London, I am a UK national and hold British citizenship and passport. Will they use my British citizenship or my Nigerian one to determine how long I have to wait for an interview?

Also, we received an email saying The National Visa Center (NVC) received all of the fees, forms, and documents that are required prior to scheduling your immigrant visa interview at the U.S. Embassy/Consulate General overseas but when we logged into our account only the applicant documents show as accepted, the petitioner documents still show as submitted. I checked the message portal and it does say documentarily qualified but unsure why petitioner documents don’t also say accepted?

Your wait time will depend on your interview location.

Were the documents uploaded after you were Documentarily Qualified (the ones that are saying submitted?)

Thank you for that information!

No all documents were submitted on the same day 1st October. We received the documentarily qualified email and message in the ceac portal, but strange aos documents only say submitted and not accepted
