New Zealand Police check.

Good morning team. 
 

My Police vetting for visa has been rejected twice. New Zealand police send the Police check directly to the US Consulate and not to the applicant. I have uploaded my completed section 14 paperwork, along with my email confirmation from Police vetting to say they have received and forwarded my check, and both times NVC have rejected. 
 

I spoke to Auckland US Consulate who said she would make an enquiry and also made an enquiry twice with NVC with no luck. 
 

literally at a standstill, it’s the only thing I’m waiting on. This morning I submitted to NVC for the third time, as document not available so will wait and see what comes from that. 
 

very frustrating!
