Hello everyone,

I benefited a lot from this forum while preparing my own VAWA case several years ago. Like many here, I could not afford a lawyer at the time and had to learn the process step by step through research and community guidance.

My VAWA petition was approved in 2019, and I received my green card in 2020.

Since then, I completed my medical training and now practice as a physician here in Texas.

I understand firsthand how important strong documentation can be in VAWA, U visa, T visa, and asylum cases. One component that often strengthens petitions is a well-structured psychological or medical evaluation that clearly explains the emotional and physical impact of the abuse or trauma.

I now provide trauma-informed medical evaluations for immigration cases and aim to make the process clear, respectful, and accessible, especially for individuals who may not have legal representation.

If anyone has general questions about how medical or psychological evaluations work in immigration cases, I am happy to share information.
