Received another email today again "We have taken an action on your case. Sign in to your account to view your case status" and this time it's for real! I-130, Petition for Alien Relative -

Thank you guys! Got an email from USCIS that they have taken action. When i check, still says 18mos but in the documents tab there's an approval notice.😊 03/11/2024 - 05/24/2025 - California Service C

And that's the perfect example of the My Progress tab being pointless. The day you get approval it changes to 18 months left. 😂   Congrats!

So today being 6/10, I received two emails this time saying an action has been taken on my case. I logged in to see the date on the progess tab to today. However on the documents tab there is an approval for both of my pending cases.

Manila is usually pretty quick for immediate relatives, assuming you've been DQ'ed maybe 3-4 months from then as a rough guide.
