Re-entry permit long processing time & green card for child problem

Hi!
Last year at the end of April I sent my application form for re-entry permit along with my family. They collected my children photos and biometrics and reused mine. Since then I didn't get any response from USCIS. I have contacted support, but only answer I could get is that my case is under "normal" processing times. I am confused, because my previous cases were approved in quick time manner (like 2-3 months).
Currently I am staying outside US.
Next problem is that I was immigrating with my newborn child. She was admitted under NA3 category in April last year, but her passport stamp is valid till then end of April and she still didn't receive her green card. I was contacting USCIS regarding that case and tier 2 officer was supposed to contact me, but I didn't receive any call. I've heard that it can take up to one year to produce green card...
I appreciate all your tips what I should do next.

Previous processing times aren't really relevant. Currently it's at 17 months, so yes, you're well within normal processing times at the moment. https://egov.uscis.gov/processing-times/ Just checking, you did file before you left the US?

As for your daughter, her GC should have arrived within 90 days if you definitely paid the GC fee? What does the online status say for it?

Of course I file I-131 before I left US. Then I came back in August to collect my children's biometrics.

I don't have any reference number to trace online status... She doesn't need to pay for her GC. CBP officer made a memorandum and stamped her passport with ADIT stamp. I had similar situation with my son and his GC arrived within 30 days after we have been admitted without any fee. But now almost year has passed and I receive nothing.

OK, that's odd, as NA3 isn't mentioned in the exemption list (https://www.uscis.gov/forms/filing-fees/uscis-immigrant-fee#Who_Pays_the_Fee).

But if your son didn't pay it then I guess not, so I'd suggest you report it as non-received then - https://egov.uscis.gov/e-request/displayNDCForm.do?entryPoint=init&sroPageType=ndc

When did you leave the US, are you sure it hasn't been delivered in your absence? Do you have somebody opening your mail?

I should get any DOS number, I guess. I just got her alien registration number (A-number) and that's all. I was immigrating with my son during pandemic, so maybe the fee was waived? I don't know. But still I don't have DOS number to make a payment.

I think I'll go ahead and use that link you have provided :)

My best friend is taking care of my mail.

Ok, I have filed my e-request, but I had to provide mock case number as my daughter's form I-181 doesn't contain any case number - just her alien registration number - which I provided, but it was optional. I hope they will respond to my request.

It may take a while but they should respond. When do you travel back to the US?

Hi, did you get a response from the erequest?, I want to file one since I have a son that has a I-551 stamp on his passport as of dec 18, but we haven't received his green card, I want to file an erequest but don't have case number either.
