Hi there,

I have an old b1/b2 revocation (212 invalid document) with my algerian passeport. I was going to NYC for business and the agent told me that i didnt put that i have a business in my visa application, he put in the notes that i misrep myself on visa application but didnt charged me with misrep, just Invalid document (i was really honest and it was an error because it was just a group facebook not a true business)

I went to the US when i got my Canadian passeport and entered few times to the US (deep inspection first time, then always 5-15 min secondary inspection regarding my old revocation)

I now got a job offer from the US and they want me to apply under TN Visa and i have few questions:

1- The old b1/b2 visa revocation under my first nationality will impact the TN visa while i'm Canadian ?

2- If the answer is yes and my visa is denied, do i will get problem if i want to visit the US as tourist in the future ?

3- i have a license (bachelor) but from Algeria and i have master degree from Canada, it's enough ?

NB: My wife will stay in Canada and i have some real estate investment to proof that i'm not inteding to stay in the US.

I never lied. I'm asking that because i dont want to risk to have a bar because of the TN visa.

If there is a risk, i will decline the job offer and stays in Canada.

There's always a risk of denial when applying for any visa, whether it's a work visa, tourist visa or immigration visa.
