To the experts,

Is there a need to bring a new Affidavit of Support ( Recent date) during the interview or will a copy ( attested by a lawyer in the USA) of the Affidavit of Support submitted to the USCIS during the filing will suffice? Thanks a lot :)

The recent the better. You need to submit the original notarized copy of I-134 during the interview. However, for ITR or 1040, a copy will do.

Hello joelandmyla,

You're welcome.

Actually,we have not purchase the ticket yet. We will purchase it only when we have the visa in our hands.

As for now, we are still looking for a better POE (if there is any).

Thanks for the reply and hopefully you can advice us. Well, I am from Florida but Myla's future POE ( tentative date is ( Oct. 3) will be San Francisco because my brother is there and he wants to meet her before the wedding. She wants to fly with PAL because it has a direct flight Manila to SFO. Keep us posted if you choose the same POE and airline. Salamat

Joe

Hello,

I just want to ask if you did put your last year income in your I-134?

Did you add more personal savings and property?

I'm preparing it for my girl interview on Sept. 10.

Thanks

Ross

I did ask some prices for PAL and for one way manila to sfo is 800+ at lucky money.

In our I-134, my husband did not put the annual income figure, since his income varies each year (because of sales commissions). The CO just look at the attached 1040/ITR for the figure. He put there his savings (which is not really impressive), insuarance and an estimate of his properties.
