Travel requirements going from LAX to Philippines?

Hello, what are the current travel requirements going from Los Angeles (LAX) to the Philippines?

 

Also, how hard would it be to bring my guitar with me? I've never traveled overseas with it before, but I've always wanted to. I have a hard shell case for it. I'm worried about it getting lost or stolen though.

No travel restrictions other than preregistration on etravel 72 hours before departure.  

 

I have never traveled with a guitar but have seen many people who have.
