I dont get my K1-ftp thru email

Hello every one my Fiance and I doesn’t out K1-ftp letter, and I tried to have a public Inquiry in NVC, after a few days I recieved an email from NVC and gyold me that our case is already sent to US Embassy manila,and also they give me my ID and case number,upon checking my status it says “ Ready” and I booked my appointment in St Lukes on Aug 30. My question is 

1. If ever I pass my medical can I go and booked my Interview without my K1-Ftp Letter guys?

If the Manilla embassy has already received your file, then I don't think you need to worry about the K1-FTP letter.

Not sure what situation is like in Manila but I got a physical letter 2 weeks after my case became Ready. So not sure why they never email me
