Hello again,

In my time here, I have seen several people quote this line when referring to their timelines...

"Based on (something) data, your petition may be adjudicated as early as (insert date here)".

But I have to wonder, where are you finding this information?

Do you have to be at a certain state of the process? I got my NOA1 a few days ago...and my guess is you haven't gotten an NOA2 yet or anything, because otherwise your petition would have been approved right?

So...where can I find this for my case? I don't see it on my CRIS portfolio, nor on the action NOA1!

The adjucation date is based on all the timeline data stored on this website. You need to fill in the timeline on your account to see your estimated adjucation date. Click on Immigration Timelines in the menu.

Oh wow.

I thought people were pulling that off a USCIS site or something. Had no idea it said that at the bottom of the timeline!

Whew my face is red now. Thanks for pointing that out!
