K1 reapply again and expiration previous k1

Timeline

I applied k1 back in 2019 , and doing everything and Covid shutdown , I didn’t know anything , I thought everyone was lock down , when to Cambodia  Feb 2021, stay here about 4 months , saw embassy was working , come back in May 2021 , making appointments for her , wait for 3 months , embassy email my case expired, inquired installment, wait about 3 months , contact Congresswoman, they respond from USCIS to tell me reapply, so we apply k1 again in  Feb 2022, now no approval yet, am I getting deny cause reapply and due to inactivity my previous k1
