Hang in there. Im not at this point in our Journey, but I can certainly understand the frustration of waiting. Each case is different based on the outcome of the name checks, and the other security checks. So there is no method to this madness. Ive decided up front to assume the full 6 months of AP. Then hopefully be pleasantly surprised. I hope all of your APS go fast and you are soon issued visas and reunited with your loved ones. In shaa Allah.

I have definitely notice a slow down. :crying: There is no predictability with Cairo except to be completley unpredictable and inconsistent.:ranting: We are now approaching six months since Sam's interview and nothing as far as news of coming to some type of end. We are just at the point of just tell us YES or NO!!! Can't take much more of this, honestly. :help::help::cry: Feeling that things are okay one day and the visa will be coming soon to a few days later like the visa will never come and we might as well go to plan B.

I was just looking at your timeline :crying: What is the DEAL! Somtimes I feel like a second rate citizen. Do I not pay a ton of taxes every year!!! why does this whole process has to be so unorganized and sporadic ,I agree just give me a yes or no! My prayes are with you. Im taking a time each day to pray for all of us in AP/AR. Chin up we can do it......

I hear ya Becky... It is going on 6 mo for Medo and I :crying: And we cant take much more. I want a yes or no too! If i have to sell my house and move there I will. I have sent in 4 emails the last week and they haven't even responed to them  I called the visa center and they just said it is still under AR. Im so sick of Cairo I just wish they would get there $hit togeather. Fineal Reveiw my A$$ they have every bit of info they asked for it is right there in a file collecting dust. There has got to be someone we can complain to about this. Other countrys hand out visa's the day of the interview. Cairo Sucks!!!!

I hope all those awaiting AP/AR are reunified quickly..I cannot imagine the frustration of this and those that have been waiting for months and months...there does not seem to be any predictability to the situations which is frustrating in itself...but I tend to be an optimist..so for you folks on AP/AR no more papers to submit, interviews to go through...U R at the last phase.and while the waiting must be unbearable...the next phase IS:

YOUR SO COMES TO YOU!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I wish you all the best!!!!!!!!!!! As for me - - still a little ways left to go..lol...awaiting NOA2 from VT - filed last month...maybe in August, who knows?! anywho...take care all, Melinda

So, I was bored today and did some math from the timelines of egypt.

1. there seems to be no time of month when more visas are issued over others.

2 5! visas were issued in July and two or three a month in april, may and june, Well none for aug. yet.....

The waiting is crazymaking ... I will be so happppppppy for anyone of us to have a "visa in hand" and be reunited with our loved ones.
