1. Do we need a separate I-134 for me and my son (k2)?

2. Under question [10. I ave submitted visa petition(s) to USCIS on behalf of the following person(s)....] Do we only need to list my name as k2 are derivative??

3. How many copies we need to have?

thanks!!

Just finished our I-134.

1. Do we need a separate I-134 for me and my son (k2)?

-Yes, the instruction says so. But some members submitted only one, and they got approved. If you want to be safe, make a separate I-134 for each beneficiary (inc derivative).

2. Under question [10. I ave submitted visa petition(s) to USCIS on behalf of the following person(s)....] Do we only need to list my name as k2 are derivative??

In our I-134, I listed both beneficiary the main (K-3) and the derivative (K-4).

3. How many copies we need to have?

I have 1 original notarized copy for each (child and mine), and just keep a copy for future reference.

my hubby just filled out 1 1-134 affidavit of support for me and my kids. section 10, its only your name that will appear there (its understood that your son is a derivative). you can only have 1 copy(notarized) but you may wish to have a copy for yourself too.

hope this could help. GOOD LUCK!
