Hi All!

I'm filing out the new I-134 form for K1 visa and a little confused with all of the different information out there -- lots of controversy about listing assets so two quick questions:

1. I am a freelancer so I am providing my 2022 IRS transcripts and I made well over the needed income last year. However, being a freelancer there are ebbs and flows. So my question is, do I have to list assets? Or does that just complicate things? And if my income is not consistent will that, in the future, affect the I-864?

2. My fiancé has a personal property that he rents and makes income from in the UK. Do I have to list this in his assets? And would this count as a personal home or a real estate holding?

Thank you!!!!
