Nope. Healthcare in the Philippines is on par, if not greater than the US.  And a lot cheaper too.  I guess you have not been in the country for a long time.

I have spent about 3 years in Philippines

What hospitals and locations in the Philippines is the healthcare on par if not greater?

Cheaper for sure, on par no way jose.

Usually private medical centers in the cities.  But public hospitals are also catching up quickly.  Most medical staff and doctors are trained for their sub-specialty in the U.S. and Europe.  You get both worlds.  Philippine General Hospital is more equipped and trained than Denver Public Health IMHO.

I was in a private hospital, wasn't impressed with the medical equipment nor the doctors knowledege

All the equipment was old and very limited equipment.

Had to have same surgery redone back in USA since it was done incorrectly in the Philippines, I was on walker/crutches for 6 months in USA until I had revision surgery, I am hoping to be healed up by October of this year to return back to Philippines.

I tried to fly to USA for surgery, but injury and pain was too great to fly, plus you need a "Fit to travel" document signed my doctor to fly domestically in Philippines if injured, couldn't get that one either.
