My husband got a letter for his biometrics appointment today!!!! He’s scheduled to do his biometrics in New Orleans….two days after we planned to move to Seattle.

What should we do?:

(1) Try an Infopass appointment in DC (we’ll be up here for a short vacation) making sure to bring the original biometrics paper and our

airplane ticket/receipt with our flight from New Orleans to Seattle? Maybe they will let us do his prints on the spot?

(2) Change our plane tickets and make other arrange to make the schedule appointment.

Any other suggestions?

*** We did not file the AR-11 & I-185 yet, we’re waiting until we get there. We’d hate for them to send mail to the new address before we get there.

Thanks!

The jokes on me! There no infopass appointments in DC the whole time we'll be here. Funny thing is there are tons of appointments available in New Orleans, but no one to drive! Looks like we're changing the flight.

Is the biometrics location local?? If so why don't you just go there one day this week and explain your situation - maybe you will get lucky - if is it close it certainly can't hurt. Better then appearing as a non show or changing your plane tickets.
