hello anybody knows the email address to contact this people in CSC can i expect a reply from them once i send them mail??

No email contact for CSC, you can call USCIS, but they will quote you what you see on the case status web page on USCIS.

Once the case leaves CSC and goes to NVC, you can email NVC, or some consulates for case status there, you can also email DOS for case status once the case gets to a consulate.
