I'm just wondering, how will a petition be cancelled when NOA2 has already been received and just waiting for interview schedule from U.S embassy? Should a letter be written or would calling a department be ok?

do both especially by writing them in black & white that you're gona cancel the petition and that its important that you get an official note coming from them that they cancel the petition... you could send it all to USCIS, the embassy, NVC just to make sure coz there's some cases that they thought they already cancel it but finding its still on process and on the record... hope everything's turn out good

i think the OP is thinking of canceling the petition and asking about how to send jewelries to the US through the mail. I think maybe she is going to return the jewelries back to someone there.
