Did you mean to quote me? If so then yes, mine was Texas, but it was an I-140 with premium processing, as mine was an EB application. So that’s why it was approved in 8 days.

Ours took about 10 days

How will you know the package has been sent? Will NVC send you a letter? For my case it’s been 45 days and haven’t received NVC received the case.

Definitely not in your junk/spam? You should have had it ages ago (https://travel.state.gov/content/travel/en/us-visas/immigrate/nvc-timeframes.html) so do chase it up if not received.

I did check and no data returned.

 

On uscis case status it has said "actively reviewing" since November 2022 when we filed.

 

There are no notices or documents in case status since that day

My case in USCIS status said transferred the case to DOS and follow the DOS for more info. I have no clie to follow. Asked NVC in public form and kept asking invoice number form welcome letter.
