There is a question on the Sri Lankan Police Certificate application

 

The Clearance Certificate which need to be address:
High Commissioner
The Honorary Consul
The Immigration Office
The Director Immigration
The Ambassador
The Visa Officer
The Manager
The Consular

 

 

I think it is asking who they should address in this report (like Dear Sir etc). Which option should I select? My guess is "The Consular"?

There is a term "To Whom It may Concern" widely used in the US for these situations. Ask if a similar option is available.

One more question, how many years of previous address history does NVC want?

 

I'm asking because the Police Report application is asking me to list all the previous addresses that is required for the Certificate (I think required in terms of NVC).
