I was arrested two times before but nothing serious, not felonies & only had to pay fines. Do i have to put that down in the I-129f under Part C number 2. My charges where trying to buy alcohol underage and disordly conduct

Yes...... My fiance had two cases similar, one fight and 2nd not having title to motorcycle, the only thing is I believe he was only detained but at the time of the application (I-129F) we said he was arrested. So he had only had to see a judge for the fight and then pay a fine, so our lawyer put down, no trial, case dismissed, paid fine. Not saying to put this down for yours, but do tell. Hope I helped, WJR.

Read the question about convictions very carefully and interpret it literally and I think you'll find you can simply answer "no".
