Ok, How do you get the CFO stamp.. I will research that

It appears its an online seminar.. I will have her register for that and complete it.. Do you need to show any documentation to register for that? Where would she get the stamp when she is completed? She lives in Tacloban

It's been a long time for me since I did it, we were able to get the CFO sticker at the airport when we were traveling domestic a couple weeks before we were to depart to USA, that was a few years ago.

 

I don't know how the process works now, and I am not sure what they want to see.  At sometime CFO tried to be much more strict than than the US Embassy and would require lots of paperwork and depending on your fiance age they would require paperwork from their parents to allow her to marry.

ok, I did a little research also.. it looks like there is 7 videos you need to watch for an orientation.. You need to register for that online and then when you have your visa in hand at the airport they will give you the CFO after you pay the tax for that.
