ok, So we were able to get the face to face appointment for July 24th.. She was able to find someone that had contacts in the office and she made the arrangements for us.. We paid her a fee and she was succesful.

My fiance was able to get in touch with someone who is going to arrange an online appointment.. We had to pay them a fee.. She sent her all the information yesterday.. As I mentioned earlier, her Visa and medical expire Aug 18th We will see if it is possible to get everything completed on time.. Thank you everyone for your input

Yes, I agree.. Very confusing and frustrating.. But it appears you can do it at the airport.. Just not sure if you have to have the seminar session completed before you go there or if you can complete it there. I will keep researching this.. Thank you

She has joined a Facebook chat and people are saying that if you have your airline ticket you can do everything at the airport a few days before she leaves.. Is that accurate information? Can you walk into the CFO office to make an appointment at the airport?

No, We were having trouble getting an appontment for the session.. Can you complete the session at the airport? I will keep trying everyday to register online. Do you need an appointment to complete the session? It is a little confusing on their website

My finace received her Visa yesterday and it seems there is not much time to get the CFO sticker because it is difficult to get an appointment at this time.. Her medical and Visa both expire on the same date - Aubust 18th.. So we have about a month to get the CFO sticker. What happens if we are not able to get an appointment fot CFO by then and the Visa and medical expire? Also. I heard that you can go to the airport at terminal 1 to get the CFO sticker.. I have tried to call there with no luck.. Do you already have to have a seminar completion certificate to go there? Do you have to have a plane ticket before you go to the airport at terminal 1? Any advise would be greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance!

Thanks again for all your advice with this.. We have our interview scheduled for Feb 23rd.. Hopefully everything goes well.. She will also have her final court date for her recognition of divorce on Feb 6th.. We have not tried to get a CENOMAR yet.. But we can try to get that document before we go to the interview.. but most likely we will on have the divorce decree from England and the CEMAR.. Hopefully that is all we will need.. I will let you know how it goes. Thanks again

ok, I did a little research also.. it looks like there is 7 videos you need to watch for an orientation.. You need to register for that online and then when you have your visa in hand at the airport they will give you the CFO after you pay the tax for that. Thanks again for your advice

It appears its an online seminar.. I will have her register for that and complete it.. Do you need to show any documentation to register for that? Where would she get the stamp when she is completed? She lives in Tacloban

Yes, I understand.. But there is a application we need to fill out for a search that the state of Michigan will conduct.. I was trying to figure out wich years I need to request them to search.. Because there is a fee for every year that I request them to search. Do you know which years I need to have them search? Is it the years I was not married or the years I was married or just the current year that we are in to show that I am not currently married?

I am filling out the application for the Authenticated Statement of No Marriage in Michigan and I was wondering which years I am supposed to have them search. I was married 2 times - In 1994 Married then divorced in 2001. Then I was married again in 2005 then divorded again in 2020. Can some one please help me to understand which years I need to have them search? I am confused what they are asking for. Do I need to have them search all the years I was not married ? Strarting back from my divorce in 2001? Thank you
