Ok, so long story short I recently DQ'ed for US immigration and I am waiting for my IL. When we applied for the I-130 my wife had an application for permanent residence here in Canada. She has since gotten that PR and even found a job here in Canada. She still has her job we listed on the application as well, which is working remotely. Her US domicile is her parents house, and she still pays US taxes (for her remote job) and a US phone number, US car registration, etc etc. How does this affect anything? Do we need to do anything with respect to notifying anyone at USCIS/Consulate? Will this come up at the interview? I was told by someone experienced that the consulate doesn't care if she has perm res in Canada, just that she has a US domicile and intends to live with me when I get my green card. I want to be totally upfront and honest and do nothing to risk us moving to the US. It's just a really messy situation and there is no info to be found anywhere online about our specific situation. Please let me know. Thanks!
