USC applying for spouse only notice received is our receipt notice Feb 2021 when we filed. Nothing since then. Radio silence. Case status is actively reviewing since March 2021. Submitted case inquiry outside normal processing times in may 2022 and received an email that we’re “in line to be reviewed.” Vermont service center processing times got longer so I can’t submit another one until September. It’s already been almost 17 months. I reached out to senator Padillas office haven’t received a response. Tried an expedite request in January 2022 bc of the war there and it was denied. Does anyone have any advice? Our son is 8 months and they still haven’t met since I came back to US when I was pregnant. Can’t travel there bc of the war haven’t seen my husband in over year ;(
