I-130 Part 5 Question

Hello, i am preparing I-130 petition for my mother, and i am not sure what should i answer the question 1, Part 5: "Have you ever previously filed a petition for this beneficiary or ANY OTHER ALIEN?" Story short: when we applied for green card I had H1 visa and my husband and daughter had H4, so i filed I-140 petition as "Self-Petitioner/Beneficiary", and they were included in that petition as "Beneficiary's spouse and children".  I actually think that i should answer "no" at the question 1, Part 5 and have not to include my husband and my daughter there but i would like to double check it with people who has more knowledge.  Thanks!

No is correct as you have NOT filed anything / for anyone since becoming an LPR.
