Case status update email- no update

Hello all,

 

Today I received a text and an email saying my case status was updated... but when I checked no update.  I did get excited when I saw the status email since there was a new policy update yesterday about  the risk based processing (we filed i-751 and my husband came through consular processing) however when I checked there was no update anyone else experienced this?

 

We are at MSC last update was case ready to be scheduled for interview in November 2021.

We had exactly the same this morning,  got an email saying the case status was updated, logged in and nothing has changed.  Was very disappointing.

 

Also at MSC, our last update was case ready to be scheduled for interview in October 2021.

Just saw this on uscis website.. wonder if this had anything to do with it.

Ohh hopefully that means we have an update but just can’t see it right now, and not that they sent an update email in error.  Fingers crossed 🤞🤞🤞🤞

So I got the same thing when I called they told me that the update was that my interview had been cancelled and they don’t know why 😩

Was your status interview was scheduled before? Did you get an interview date before?

The status was case is ready to be scheduled for an interview. No date.

So an interview was scheduled before and you didn't know, but when you called they said an interview was scheduled and cancelled? Interesting

Exactly my case status just kept saying ready to schedule interview No notice or anything
