When you pick up your packet at St Lukes, it should have the appointment letter in it.

US Embassy Manila website. bringing your spouse/fiancee to USA

Take your NOA2 to SLEC. You can do the medical with that plus pick up you packet.

Call them saying you want to have your medical and pick up the packet also.

My wife and anak did so almost 2 months before their scheduled medical!

K1 denied, K3/K4, CR-1/CR-2, AOS, ROC, Adoption, US citizenship and dual citizenship

!! ALL PAU!

You have choices, you can:

1. Print the appointment schedule from USEM website

2. Birng your NOA2 and photocopy

3. Pick up the Appointment packet at SLEC (ground floor, window "F" or "E"). You have to call them beforehand and they will have to call you back to tell you when you can pick-it-up. The time you pick up your appointment packet, you can proceed with your ("early") medical exam.
