Hello everyone.

 My name is Joy and i would like to seek the advice of vj members on an important case. My husband had an injury at his Job early this year and he has been placed on workers comp for the past 2months but his shoulders and knees are not getting any better. The doctor recommended surgery in order to fix the problem once and for all. Now my question is, how can i be with my husband during and after his surgery because he's going to be in a cast for 4-6months? My approved I-130 form is still at the nvc and I am waiting to be dq'd probably next month. Please friends, what do i do to get the earliest date for interview so i can go be with my  husband during this critical time when he needs me most?

Which country will you interview in?

Some consulates are rejecting all expedite requests. 

If you want to expedite at NVC level send an email to NVCExpedite@state.gov and send in proof to support your request. 

You can just out this thread for expedite timelines.
