IR1 CASE STATUS SHOWING EXPIRED

Timeline

Hello to all,

As I was interviewed on 9 January 2020  at delhi india for IR1 and embassy gave me 221g for submitting PCC,MEDICAL AND PASSPORT. I SUBMITTED ON 19 JANUARY 2020.BUT TODAY I RECEIVED LETTER BY MAIL THAT MY CASE IS CLOSED ON 19 JAN 2021 FOR NOT CONTACTING EMBASSY FOR A YEAR BUT I EMAIL THEM EVERY MONTH IN LOCKDOWN SAME EMAIL RECEIVED UNDER PROCESS TILL LAST MONTH.NOW ALL OF SUDDEN. TILL TODAY MY PASSPORT MEDICAL I SUBMITTED AND PCC IS WITH EMBASSY AND THEY ARE SAYING I DIDNT CONTACTED THEM. I EMAILED TODAY REGARDING ISSUE TO EMBASSY LET SEE WHAT THEY SAY.IF ANY ONE CAN HELP ME IN THIS WILL BE APPRECIATED PLEASE
