FE NOTE ABOUT W2/1099 FROM NVC

Hello Guys,

After expecting to be DQ for months now, this morning I received an email from NVC about an update to my case, after logging on to CEAC I get the message

"Please submit every 2020 W-2/1099 form for ........."

All other documents submitted documents were APPROVED with no REJECTIONS.

I am currently working on uploading the document they are asking for. But clearly, I am worried does it mean I am back in the queue after waiting 3 months or are RFEs handled much quicker?

My initial submission date was 5th November, 2021

Any answers or advice will be greatly appreciated.

I wish there was a different answer for you - It is most likely that you are put to the back of the queue again, so another 3 month wait.

I had the same RFE, had to upload W2/1099, and waited 3 months to eventually be DQ'd.

Some people have been DQ'd a few days after a resubmission, but this typically isn't for a W2/1099 request

Thank you for your response. Waiting another 3 months is soo frustrating smh! Guess I have no option now. Thanks again.

I agree with Ohiohopeful that you most likely be back into the que for for few more months as I am in similar situation I was also expecting to be DQ'd but received request of W-2/1099 and since then been waiting for past 3 weeks.
