I applied for my green card replacement in middle of November. Biometrics was reused; case was approved; card was ordered and however payment was rejected by pay.gov due to bank routing number error. Upon talking with folks at pay.gov and USCIS CS I was informed that only way to correct the payment info is by submitting another I-90 application. So, I submitted another I-90 along with payment. Payment went through. I noticed that the card from original app processing was picked up by USPS and delivered subsequently. I have received replacement card now.        However, second submission - was reviewed right away and Biometrics was not reused - biometrics appointment was scheduled for last week of December.   Since I have already received the replacement card,  I sent USCIS  online message asking to cancel the biometrics appointment and dismiss the second I-90 submission.   However, I am NOT hearing back as of yet;  and biometrics appointment date is approaching.    What happens if I don't go to biometrics appointment?    Biometrics notice says the app will be considered "abandoned and denied".      Abandoning would be ok;  but I am not sure about "denying";  does denying mean  a flag on my status or is it only related to particular application that is no longer relevant.   I am concerned whether my actual LPR status would be impacted.   Kindly express your experience and/or insight ..
