Hello

I applied for passport and received it on 20th of Aug, that is more than 20 days ago, but have not received my Certificate of Naturalization. The problem is that I am not able to contact the NPIC, I tried emailing them, and the reply was an automated email with a link leading me to the page that mentions how to contact them!. Tried calling them on 1-877-487-2778, and found no way to get to talk to a human representative. All I get is recorded information that tells me to expect Certificate of Naturalization ten days after I receive my passport.

I have read in this forum people saying that they talked to NPIC, and would appreciate any information how to do that.

Thank you
