Hello everyone. My cr1 petition recently got approved and we received nvc letter. We have already started working on our case. My question is regarding affidavit of support. My husband who is a us citizen doesn't earn much so we have decided to ask his elder brother to sponsor me(beneficiary). My husband lives with his parents and brother. My husband's brother is also married and they all stay together in one household. Now the question is:

1. Whether my husband's brother is considered as co sponsor or household member(they all stay together in one house)?

2. Whether my husband's brother's wife can also sponsor me?

3. Which form do they have to fill( i1864 or i1864a)

4. Dependents of my husband's brother are his child and parents.

5. My husband went to a medical school in the year 2018. Does he have to submit any statement for non payment of taxes?

Any help shall be much appreciated ☺️🙏🙏
