I will bet you $5 dollars that you have been approved already and sent to and left NVC.

I have been and I have similar touches and the computer still says "pending"

Try calling NVC and see what happens. I think you will owe me $5!

Daniel and Lucia.. I would love to pay you $5 and I'm serious.. I hope you are right.. can you tell me what's NVC's number.. and what should I do once I get connected? Any prompts? What should I ask the operator and are they much more helpful than USCIS' customer service? Thank you.

you may have not gotten any touches.. but sometimes like some people here.. no updates at all and surprised to get a mail or email confirming their approvals.. it's just the way USCIS or CSC works.. especially their system glitches.. i don't want to think negative.. but my touches could mean nothing.. like it could just be a change in dates.. hehehe..but I just wish us all good luck.. and I know somehow we will all be together with our special someone..

kits,

the number is 1-603-334-0700 and the prompts are 1 then 5. Its hard to get through in the middle of the day. Try in the morning or evening for best results (first thing when they open maybe 8am PST?) They are helpful (the uscis people are not, but they are just trying to make a living its not their fault!).

They will tell you yes or no period. The computer system at NVC is also usless! Take care,

D
