Hi 🙂   We have a problem that we need help with please.

we applied for removal of conditions on residency I-751 in October 2020. Our Office is SRC. they are processing now December 30 according to their website which means we are around 3 month outside the processing time of this office. last update was that fingerprints that were captured before, were applied. we submitted an e request for outside processing time but no response...  we asked several groups and it doesn't seem that somebody else is in the same boat as we are which is making us not sleep at night honestly. we are afraid that at one point, we will be informed that we did not attend an interview or we missed replying to an RFE even though we did not receive any of those which we see might happen on this website. Please can somebody advise us what we need to do. do we call and how we get to an agent. do we chat, do we wait?  we know that some people wait 2 years for the card but not in SRC!!  we feel for everybody but the fact that people from february 2021 are getting approved and we are the only ones on the spreadsheet of our group that did not is scaring us.... please HELP

If you call USCIS, I think you have to say "technical difficulties" and you will get a live agent. You can also chat with Emma and ask to "speak with a live agent", then select technical difficulties.

At this point, your case is outside processing times. I think they've even approved some March 2021 filers. I would definitely submit an inquiry. You can do it from here https://egov.uscis.gov/e-request/displayONPTForm.do?sroPageType=onpt&entryPoint=init or from your USCIS account. I believe it will be the same form.
