Spouses Police Certificate rejected (still not exactly sure why- Obtained same certificate for B1/B2 Visa).  So he went back to Panama, got another certificate and Apositille and translated.  After uploading the new certificate we just noticed that the translator made an error when describing the stamp.

It should say Convention de la Hay du October 5 1963 and instead says Convention de la Hay du October 5 1961.   She put the wrong year in.   Should we have her re-translate and upload again?
If so, do we upload it as an extra document with explanation? As we are unable to update or delete the current one even though it hasn't been viewed.
