The petitioner works for US government and presently station in Germany. During the course of frequent movement she missed placed We hear back from National Visa Center two weeks ago. They are asking for 2019 W-2. The The petitioner works for US government and presently station in Germany. During the course of frequent movement she misplaced her spouse 2019 w2. 

2019 is the most Current tax year in the AOS submitted.

Since Yeah joint 2020 tax transcripts is now available with complete w2, we Submitted them to the National Visa Center. My question now is do we need to prepare another forms i867 and i867A? 

Since it’s an ir5 petition, thankfully the petitioners mom was DQC. It was the Dads that received RFE for 2019 W2. Do we need to prepare another AOS that will reflect 2020 as most recent year? Thanks for your help
