Visa collection problem

My mum recently got approved after her interview for Ir5 in Ghana, they took her passport and my birth certificate . She was given this letter from the. Embassy to email dhl for passport and visa and my birth certificate. I contacted DHL in ghana but they said I shd contact them till the visa is ready. Please how do I know that the visa is ready at the embassy . Please help me. especially someone from Ghana. Thank you

Have you tried CEAC status check? It may show as refused initially while they are working on it but will change to issued once it is ready
