Biometrics Appointment Scheduled for AoS

Just wondering, and confused, as to why they scheduled a biometrics appointment for my 5 year old step son - should I call or just take him to it? or both?

Take him. They tend to just take the forefinger prints for the under 14s.

another question, hubby's ead biometrics are July 13th, should we take both their AoS biometrics letters along at that time, to see if we can get them done that day, or would that be pushing our luck?

What's the worse that can happen? I personally would try it. Better than having to make two 200 mile round trips right?

Further to what mags wrote, take the boy to the biometrics appointment. The ASC code on the appointment notice is '2', yes? They need his photo and fingerprint to make his I-551.
