Hi! I am preparing my AP/EAD renewal applications while my I-485 AOS is still pending. My only issue is I lost my receipt notice for the pending I-485. Do I absolutely need this for them to process the renewal? Thank you!

You can try to file the renewal forms but be prepared for adverse action on the renewal process for not including a copy of the I-485 receipt notice. How was the I-485 fee paid? Was it by check?

It was paid by money order and I also have a screenshot of the uscis page showing that my case is awaiting an interview date, I don't know if I can include that as proof

I'd say send in everything you have and hope for the best. A plus is that the case status page shows the full I-485 case number. Anything that shows proof of full I-485 payment can also help in not paying any application fees for the renewal: https://www.uscis.gov/feecalculator Select "Yes" to both "Did you file your pending I-485 on or after July 30, 2007?" and "Did you pay the I-485 required application fee?"

I-765: $0

I-131: $0
