Hello,

Hope everyone have a great day. I am currently helping my brother in law (US citizen) to file I-864EZ to sponsor my sister in Vietnam. He is waiting for W2 to file tax return for 2020. If we decide to use tax transcript for 2020 we would have to wait a long time since he will file married, separately (thus mail in tax return instead of e-filing). So we wonder after he file 2020 tax return, can he use tax return + w2 for 2020 and tax transcripts for 2019 and 2018? You may ask why need 2018 and 2019, we just want to include everything we can to make sure things go smooth.

Thank you very much. ❤️
